Job Overview: Senior Go-to-Market Recruiter
As a Senior Recruiter in the Go-to-Market Division, you'll play a critical role in building a world-class team by identifying and recruiting top-tier talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. Your primary focus will be sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates with a track record of driving revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and executing market strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and talent databases, to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, strategic experience, and alignment with our company culture.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across go-to-market functions to understand their unique needs and craft customized recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Partnerships, with a proven track record of placing top-performing professionals.
- A strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, including sales methodologies, marketing tactics, customer success metrics, and revenue-related KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
