🧠 Tech Level: Senior 🗣 Language Proficiency: Intermediate 👥 FTE: 1 🧾 Employment type: Full time 🌍 Candidate Location: Poland, Kazakhstan, EU 🕐 Working Time Zone: CET 🚀 Start: ASAP 🧭 Planned Work Duration: 7 months 👥 Customer Description: The customer is a global mobility and urban services platform providing transportation and related digital services. 🧩 Project Description: The project aims to strengthen the existing product team responsible for a fleet management platform. ⚙️ Project Phase: ongoing Soft Skills: • Highly proactive with the ability to identify stakeholders and drive tasks independently. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. • Curious mindset with a focus on challenging existing processes and driving continuous improvement. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with product managers and engineering teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills. 💡 Hard Skills / Must Have: • 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing. • 3+ years of experience in QA Automation. • 1+ year of experience in mobile application testing and automation. • Recent hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing. • API testing. • Database operations (CRUD), Basic CLI tools (bash/zsh). • Web front-end testing. • Proficiency in Kotlin (or strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript). • Strong understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols. • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). • Ability to read backend and frontend code to identify defects. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and code review. ✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have: • Experience with contract testing or visual regression testing for mobile applications. • Mobile testing experience across iOS and Android platforms, including emulators and network traffic analysis. • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with cloud-based device testing platforms. 📌 Responsibilities: • Design and maintain test cases and test suites for product features. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including discovery, refinement, sprint planning, and demos. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and mobile applications. • Build and maintain QA frameworks and testing tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines. • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and prevent regressions. • Monitor quality metrics, automate repetitive tasks, and promote testability best practices. • Mentor QA engineers and support team development. 🧪 Technology Stack: QA / API / UI / Mobile / Kotlin / CI/CD / Jenkins 📝 Additional notes: The work will be carried out either on client's equipment or via a virtual workstation. 📩 Ready to Join?
