Role Overview
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the creative pipeline for our largest brand, Wolfsblut, and developing direct-response marketing campaigns on Meta. You will write creative copy, plan rotations, and analyze performance. You will work independently and make decisions without needing approval.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include writing VSL concepts and scripts, creating briefings for editors and UGC creators, planning creative rotations, and building a structured test systematics. You will also read ads manager reports, lead hypotheses, and brief the next iteration.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with at least 3-4 years of experience in performance creative/DR copywriting, ideally in DTC e-commerce. You should have proven results with Meta video ads and be able to write copy with voice. You should also have a good understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, and storytelling structures.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years in performance creative/DR copywriting
- Proven results with Meta video ads (VSLs, UGC-style, hook-testing)
- Understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling structures (PAS, DIC, before/after, etc.)
- Very good German
