Location: Remote
Reports to: Sr. Director, Pricing & Commercial Strategy

The Role:

AsaSenior Pricing Analyst, youwillplay a critical role in driving revenue growth and commercial effectiveness through strategic pricing, deal support, and data-driven decision-making.Through rigorous analysis, market insights, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, you willevaluatethe optimization of pricing structures and improve deal governance.You will help deliver data-driven recommendations, supporting both long-term pricing strategy and day-to-day deal execution.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commerciallymindedanda strategic problem solver.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Supportthedevelopment andongoingoptimization of pricing, packaging, discounting frameworksand commercial models across products and markets

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate pricing opportunities, customer segmentation, willingness to pay, and competitive positioning

  • Conduct pricing analyses including price elasticity, segmentation, margin analysis, and profitability modeling

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support implementation and market rollout of pricing initiatives

  • Monitor pricing KPIs andprovideactionable insights to improve revenue performance and commercial outcomes

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams on deal structuring, pricing approvals, contract terms, and commercial negotiations

  • Partner with Finance and Legal to evaluate deal risk, profitability, and compliance considerations

  • Maintain pricing governance and ensure consistency in commercial policies and approval workflows

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role with strong exposure to pricing, monetization,deal desk, orrevenue optimization

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills withadvancedproficiencyin Exceland experience with BI or CRM tools (e.g.Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong business acumen, high attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and results-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

  • Experience working in Saas, technology, digital products, subscriptions, or data-driven businesses

  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, pricingresearchor statistical analysis techniques

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance,Statisticsor a related analytical field preferred

This position has a starting salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 USDper year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
