Last date to apply: 11 July 2026 Location: Hungary (Western region focus) Reports to: Country Manager Construction Role purpose The Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering profitable sales growth, market share expansion, and customer development across Western Hungary. This is a generalist field sales role, covering all Husqvarna Construction product segments, with strong focus on dealer network development, project sales, and end-user engagement. Key responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Achieve sales targets across machines, diamond tools, and accessories Develop and expand dealer, rental, and key account network Increase number of active customers and market penetration Drive cross-selling across all product groups 2. Project & Key Account Management Identify and manage large construction projects and investments Provide commercial and technical support at construction sites Collaborate with internal teams on complex solutions and tenders 3. Product Promotion & Competence Building Organize and execute product demos, open days, and trainings Increase partner competence in key segments (e.g. surface prep, diamond tools) Support introduction of new products and campaigns 4. Customer & Partner Management Build long-term relationships with dealers, rentals, and end-users Provide consultative selling and technical advice Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty 5. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate CRM data and customer records Manage quotation pipeline and follow-up activities Monitor and report sales performance and activities 6. Market Intelligence Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking Identify new business opportunities and trends Key KPIs Net Sales (total + regional) Dealer & rental network expansion Number of active customers Project conversion rate Demo/trainings executed CRM data quality and usage Required qualifications Secondary or higher education (technical preferred) 2–5 years sales experience in technical/B2B environment Strong sales and negotiation skills Technical understanding (construction equipment or similar) Driving license (B) Competencies Result-oriented and proactive Strong ownership mindset Customer-focused and consultative Ability to work independently in a field role Team player in cross-functional environment
