Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Professional with Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and insurance solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing our exclusive warm lead program to contact clients who have requested protection plan information
- Gathering pertinent information from clients to customize their protection plans
- Researching protection plan options to ensure the best possible solutions for our clients
- Following up with clients within one to two days on research results, either in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Consulting with clients on plan suitability for their specific needs
- Assisting clients in the plan application process and applying on their behalf to the appropriate carrier for final approval
- Contacting carriers for the status of applications and following up with clients on carrier decisions
Essential Qualifications:
