Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you will collaborate with our go-to-market team to drive early farmer engagement. You’ll initiate outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and guide prospects through our intake process—laying the foundation for long-term customer relationships and product adoption.
What We’re Looking For
Outreach & Lead Generation Skills
• Experience or strong interest in initiating contact via email, phone, and social media
• Ability to craft concise, persuasive messages that resonate with farmers
• Comfortable with cold outreach and iterative messaging refinement
CRM & Data Management
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing intake forms and CRM entries
• Detail-oriented approach to data entry, lead tracking, and reporting
• Able to analyze engagement metrics and generate weekly summaries
Communication & Collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for scheduling and coordinating calls and demos across time zones
• Ability to synthesize farmer feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing teams
Agritech Interest & Language Skills
• Passion for agritech, sustainability, or technology-driven impact
• Spanish proficiency is a plus for Latin American or U.S. Hispanic outreach
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
