- Own the top of the funnel: connect, follow up, and book meaningful conversations
- Engage thoughtfully via email, LinkedIn, and phone — with messaging that speaks to real challenges
- Qualify opportunities and pass warm, well-informed leads to our sales team
- Keep your CRM organized and your numbers dialed in
- Help shape and improve messaging through ongoing feedback
- Work with intention, stay organized, and build relationships — not just pipelines
What You Bring
- Experience in custom software development sales or a strong interest in client-first tech consulting
- Clear communication skills and genuine curiosity about the client’s business
- Purpose-driven: you’re motivated by more than quotas — you want to help businesses succeed
- Resilient and organized — you take initiative and follow through
- Cold outreach, inside sales, or appointment setting experience is a plus
Compensation & Incentives
- Performance-based comp with a ramp-down base and high commission upside
