Job Description
HealthCare Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team for night shifts. This is a remote position, providing high-quality patient care and support through telehealth services. We are looking for someone with a strong background in med/surg nursing who can thrive in a remote work environment and deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Proficient in the use of telehealth technology and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support via telehealth services
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatments
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality

Educational Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Certification in medical/surgical nursing preferred but not required
