Job Description:
• Own and continuously improve the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from quote creation through order processing and Finance handoff. • Develop and manage SLAs with Finance and Legal to ensure predictable turnaround times. • Build and maintain the approval matrix and signing authority matrix in coordination with Legal and Finance. • Serve as the business owner for DealHub, managing product/pricing setup, and integration with Salesforce. • Partner with Sales, CS and RevOps to ensure DealHub workflows reflect current business policies.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk / Q2C Operations within a high-velocity SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DealHub or similar CPQ / Contracting tools
• Exposure to Finance or Legal operations: order management, revenue compliance, contract review preferred
