They are seeking a Workday Integrations Manager to lead the implementation life cycle, collaborate with team members, and support clients in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members to lead the implementation life cycle
- Planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support
- Executing project management methodology and complex design document creation
- Developing and executing end-user training and identifying business process modifications
- Testing approaches for script development and execution
Skills
- 4 plus years of Workday integration experience
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
- Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations
- Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
