Responsibilities
- Qualify small to mid-sized businesses for sale across diverse industries
- Build and manage relationships with business owners, buyers, attorneys, and lenders
- Execute exclusive listing agreement with clients
- Negotiate terms and manage closing processes
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline visibility for reporting and forecasting
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, finance, real estate, or business ownership
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple deals concurrently
- Familiarity with upstate NY business landscape is a plus
