Versys Group is a privately-owned thriving company providing low and medium voltage services for industrial commissioning and construction. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams, manage resources, schedules, and financials while ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to close-out.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects are progressing according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Manage project scope and changes - track overall budget, out of scope (RFI’s) and keep customer informed
- Work with Field Lead for project manpower requirements and schedule
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to close-out
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Prepare Audit documentation and maintain quality
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives by the assigned “in-service dates.”
- Attend Customer project progress meetings, provide insight and project status updates
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/ Project Management Certification (PMP)
- 10 years of professional project management experience in the oilfield
- 5+ years of commissioning experience
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Valid driver's License and clean driver's abstract
