As a Travel Customer Success Coordinator, you'll assist clients throughout their travel journey, ensuring every trip is planned with care and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the vacation planning and booking process
- Gather information about traveler preferences, interests, and travel objectives
- Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, excursions, and transportation options
- Recommend travel experiences that align with client needs and expectations
- Assist with reservations, itinerary coordination, and trip organization
- Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, travel documents, and important updates
- Help manage itinerary revisions, travel changes, and special accommodations
- Track upcoming departures and help ensure arrangements are finalized accurately
- Maintain organized client records and communication history within company systems
- Participate in training programs, supplier education, and professional development activities
