Castle Escapes Travel is hiring experienced remote travel agents who specialize in Disney vacations and Universal Studios trips. Responsibilities:
- Plan and book Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando, and Universal Hollywood vacations
- Assist clients with resort bookings, park tickets, dining reservations, Genie+/Lightning Lane selections, and special event planning
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire planning process
- Stay up-to-date on Disney and Universal promotions, park updates, and training certifications
- Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and attention to detail
- Manage client information and bookings using travel CRM and supplier tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a travel agent or vacation planner, with a strong focus on Disney and Universal destinations
- Completion of Disney’s College of Knowledge and/or Universal U strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Universal Parks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficient with online booking engines, CRM software, and email communication
- Must reside in the United States
