Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to join their Defense Logistics Agency client remotely. The role involves developing and providing IT and end user training, preparing training materials, and conducting training sessions for personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software
- Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs
- Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids)
- Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Skills
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields
- Relevant Information Technology Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
