Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Temporary)
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the front‑line voice that helps employees of our client organizations navigate benefits, payroll, and related inquiries. How You’ll Make an Impact
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients’ employees, delivering high‑quality service that reflects careerzynith’s standards of excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls in a professional call‑center environment, providing clear and courteous assistance.
- Researching and resolving employee inquiries related to benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and HR documentation.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or similar fast‑paced environment.
