Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Finance Applications team. This role is crucial for driving automation across an integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies, focusing on financial technology ecosystems and managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own integration layer between VNDLY, NetSuite, and Coupa
- Build AI-driven reporting so finance managers can query plain English (e.g. "show me all invoices aged 60+ days")
- Collaborate with leadership, PMs, and finance stakeholders to develop and implement the product roadmap for Zip, Coupa, Workiva, NetSuite
- Document and analyze current Procure-to-Pay (Coupa and Zip) business processes, conduct fit/gap analyses
- Lead major cross-functional initiatives including system implementations, operational improvements, and new product rollouts
- Create product management artifacts: Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Process Mapping Diagrams
- Ensure SOX compliance by working with internal and external auditors on technical walkthroughs and system controls
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance
Skills
- 5+ years of system administration experience of ERPs like NetSuite, and other finance applications like Workiva, Zip, Coupa, Kyriba, Floqast
- 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience of NetSuite modules: General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTax, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, Suitelets, SuiteBundle
- 3+ years of experience with large scale ERP integrations through middleware technologies like Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi
- Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, GL Accounting, Financial Reporting
- SOX compliance experience (internal/external audits, system controls)
- Public company experience
- Experience with Agile methodology: Sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, reporting in Jira
- Strong PM artifact creation: Functional Specs, Data Flow Diagrams, BPM Diagrams
- 5+ years experience required
