Pronix Inc is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst with strong experience in the Mortgage domain, particularly Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) products. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of business analysis and testing expertise, be technically proficient with JIRA, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for mortgage and HELOC initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful project delivery
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop and execute test cases, document test results, and track defects using JIRA
- Validate business requirements against implemented solutions and ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate defect triage, issue resolution, and regression testing
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively with cross-functional teams
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst
- Strong experience in the Mortgage Lending domain
- Good understanding of HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) products and related business processes
- Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for requirement management, defect tracking, and Agile project management
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
