They are seeking a Tech Business Analyst II to gather, document, and analyze business requirements while communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Communicates and presents complex technical concepts simply and effectively to nontechnical team members
- Participates in identifying opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
- Works with business stakeholder to gather, document and analyze business requirements
- Works with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies in process and recommends solutions
- Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
- Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
- Assesses long term needs, performs gap analysis and makes future state recommendations
- Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
- Communicates technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
- Performs other duties as required
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
- Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or working knowledge of relational databases
- Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues as required; review complex data and derive summary conclusions
