The role involves implementing and supporting Tableau Next solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Tableau Next solutions based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the Tableau Next platform
- Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure platform stability
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Tableau Next implementations
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of Tableau Next environments
- Document configurations, issue resolutions, and implementation processes
Skills
- Proven hands-on experience working with Tableau Next
- Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving Tableau Next-related issues
- Solid understanding of Tableau Next architecture, features, and capabilities
- Experience working with data visualization, analytics, and reporting solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
