They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of product engineers in delivering customer value through innovative features and ensuring effective execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Drive execution by setting clear priorities, ensuring alignment, and removing blockers
- Balance speed and quality, helping the team make effective tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
- Support engineers in end-to-end ownership of features, from ideation through release
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and building a strong engineering organization
- Establish and uphold best practices in architecture, testing, documentation, and decision-making
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and leadership
