Responsibilities
• Own and scale the end-to-end education platform ecosystem, including reputed company University (DTU), certification integrations, and future learning platforms for both internal and external audiences
• Define and implement governance frameworks, including publishing standards, platform usage policies, and scalable operating models (roles, permissions, workflows)
• Drive platform strategy and performance by partnering with CX Ops and engineering teams on roadmap, integrations, and automation opportunities
• Design and reputed company a centralized administration and support model with defined SLAs, processes, and escalation frameworks to ensure reliable, high-quality service

Skills

• Strong understanding of how education platforms support customer lifecycle outcomes (adoption, retention, growth)
• Experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to drive decision-making and improvement
• Experience in SaaS, customer education, or product enablement organizations
• Experience with LMS integrations and certification platforms
• Exposure to operationalizing commercial offerings (e.g., SKUs, packaging, pricing models) reputed company a platform
