(STI) is an industry leader in the development of firestopping systems and innovative construction solutions. They are seeking a Healthcare Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned segment
- Lead segment group to meet and exceed STI sales targets
- Establish sales objectives and monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas
- Create and implement sales plans
- Negotiate and close sales with targeted segment accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales targets and other performance metrics
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on the status of accounts, progress toward goals, and opportunities for growth
- Maintain, develop and coach sales staff of assigned sector group for performance success
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum three years' experience in sales
- Minimum five years' experience in outside sales
- Exposure and understanding of solution selling
- Excellent communication skills along with high comfort level of presenting to large groups
- Ability to travel within the assigned region several nights each month
- Confidence in public speaking before large groups in the pursuit of educating others on technical subject matter
- High capacity to create and manage a productive schedule without direct managerial oversight (self-initiation)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in identifying and executing growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives and stakeholders
- Management and leadership mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making
- Ability to mentor and coach STI sales team members
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or other account management software
- Must be comfortable visiting active construction sites and wearing required PPE
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering is preferred, but other fields of study will be considered
