They are seeking a Stormwater Assessment Compliance and Training Consultant to provide professional services for the City of Tampa's Stormwater Utility Data Management and Assessment Roll Production.
Responsibilities
- Support Florida Statutes Section 197.3632 requirements, Uniform Method of Collection workflows, annual assessment rate resolution support, certification documentation, City staff training, and technical support for web-based assessment applications
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness

- Relevant experience for this RFP-based role
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements
