Storm3 is a fast-growing startup building the leading clinical intelligence layer for Healthcare, offering a range of AI-powered workflows. They are seeking a Staff Engineer to work closely with the CTO in setting and implementing the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with executive leadership to set the product roadmap
- Work closely with Product team and Clients to gather feedback & iterate on the product
- Develop HIPPA compliant agentic workflows
- Work with executive leadership to help scale the Engineering team
Skills
- 8+ years full-stack experience
- Expert in modern web development frameworks (TypeScript, React.js, Node.js etc.)
- Experience with AI (LLMs & Agentic AI) is preferred
- HealthTech or early-stage startup experience is a plus
