The Sr. Workday Reporting Consultant is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and post-production support for Reporting and various areas of HCM, while contributing to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice.
Responsibilities
- Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts
- Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment
- Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner
- Assist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs
- Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients
Skills
- The following Workday certifications with implementer access are required: Workday HCM Core, Workday Reporting, and at least one of these: Benefits, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Comp, Adv Comp, PEX, Learning
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner firm is required
- Must have experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations
- All required Workday certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA
- Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Experience writing complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix)
- Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices
- A desire to have fun while building something new
- Location: USA, Canada or Mexico

- Workday Reporting experience in higher ed and/or government
