Responsibilities
- Play a key role in driving the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey
- Work closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that align with Eightfold’s mission
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products
- Work deeply with customers and market insights to shape differentiated products powered by Eightfold’s world-class AI models
Skills
- 6+ years experience in Product Management
- Demonstrated bias to action & an aptitude for rapid learning
- A passion for Eightfold's vision: The right career for everyone in the world
- Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
