As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage data and analytics to drive insights that enhance business performance across multiple functions, collaborating with teams to optimize strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize market-leading tools, data automation, and analytical methodologies to support reporting and performance measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize digital strategies, and provide clear recommendations for business growth
- Build detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, designs and implements data visualizations to communicate complex data clearly
- Prepare data models and analysis to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for values and new opportunities
- Work closely with cross functional teams to understand data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions in partnership with digital technology and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analysis
- Cultivate and maintain positive partners relationships to understand their data needs, provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, and ensures reporting solutions address key objectives
Skills
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in industry with strong performance in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries and accomplished in Python or R
- Demonstrated experience in analytics tools such as: SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) and/or equivalent technologies
- Knowledge of A/B Testing methods and time series forecasting models including statistical analysis
- Builds detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, designs and implements data visualizations to communicate complex data clearly. Prepare data models and analysis to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for values and new opportunities
- Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven approaches (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-enabled tools) to enhance decision-making
- Works closely with cross functional teams to understand data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions in partnership with digital technology and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analysis
- Solid problem solving, analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, Data creation and consolidation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
- Cultivates and maintains positive partners relationships to understand their data needs, provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, and ensures reporting solutions address key objectives
