The role involves serving as the primary contact for clients, overseeing the deal process, and utilizing negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while managing multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support on stop loss insurance products
- Oversee the entire deal process, from initial consultation to final agreement, ensuring all client needs are met
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the company
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of stop-loss products
- Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a deep understanding of stop loss insurance products and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Consultant in the stop loss insurance industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
- Expertise in stop loss insurance products
- Strong understanding of stop loss policy life cycle to include but not limited to post-sale, premium administration and claims processes
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
