They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team, responsible for full-cycle recruiting across various clinical and corporate roles, helping to build teams that deliver care to their members.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of clinical and care delivery roles, including Care Managers, Nurses, and the operational leaders who support and scale these teams, such as Team Managers, Regional General Managers, and others responsible for driving patient outcomes and operational excellence
- Support hiring across additional business functions as needed, including Sales/Networks, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, align on candidate profiles, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and outbound recruiting efforts
- Screen, assess, and guide candidates throughout the interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality, speed, and stakeholder communication
- Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and inform hiring strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices
- Strengthen Pair Team's employer brand by serving as an ambassador for our mission and culture throughout the hiring process
Skills
- 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup environment, ideally within healthtech or similar regulated high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success recruiting for clinical roles such as Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, behavioral health professionals, case managers/community health workers, or similar patient-facing healthcare positions as well as non-clinical roles, including Operations, Sales/Partnerships, Finance, Marketing, or other G&A functions
- Experience managing a large requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring manager partnership
- Proven ability to independently source, attract, assess, and close candidates in competitive talent markets
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build interview processes, and drive hiring decisions
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar
- Strong understanding and comfortability reporting on recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and candidate experience
- Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no 'red tape')
- Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
- Knowledge and/or working experience within Medicaid, Medicare, health plans, provider groups, value-based care, care management, home health, or digital health
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-state hiring
