They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to own project delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate teams for Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities
- Full delivery accountability across a portfolio of Salesforce implementations, including our growing Agentforce/AI project mix
- Primary client relationship, kickoff through closeout
- Scope, timeline, budget, and risk, managed independently
- Coordination of blended onshore + offshore teams
- A documented PM playbook that becomes the Redpath delivery standard
Skills
- 5+ years senior PM experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology implementation
- Prior experience in a Salesforce SI firm, enterprise software implementation, or technology consulting environment (Salesforce certification not required)
- Track record of independent, client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
- Salesforce platform familiarity (Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud)
- AI/agentic tools experience
- Higher education or nonprofit sector experience
- PMP or equivalent
- Experience building PM methodology from scratch
