TechMatrix Inc is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex enterprise transformation programs focused on Data Center, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and AI Factory buildouts. This is a highly client-facing consulting role requiring a trusted advisor who can lead strategic initiatives and deliver successful business outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead large enterprise programs from strategy through execution
- Manage multiple projects, workstreams, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader and trusted advisor
- Drive Data Center, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Migration, and AI Factory transformation initiatives
- Lead multi-site/global deployments and cross-functional delivery teams
- Conduct executive steering committees, program reviews, and kickoff workshops
- Identify opportunities for account growth through farming and support new business development (hunting)
- Mentor Project Managers and delivery teams while ensuring delivery excellence
Skills
- 10+ years of Program Management experience
- Proven experience delivering: Enterprise Data Center Programs
- Proven experience delivering: Infrastructure Modernization
- Proven experience delivering: Networking Transformation
- Proven experience delivering: Cloud Migration
- Multi-site/global implementation experience
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence clients, challenge appropriately, and make sound business decisions
- Consulting background preferred, ideally from a mid-sized consulting organization rather than a large SI
- AI Factory Buildouts (preferred)
