EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to provide 3rd line support and ensure the stability and reliability of MuleSoft systems. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, collaborating on development work, and maintaining software applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications
- Participate in customer interviews to gather requirements
- Join project interviews to discuss solutions and deliverables
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements
- Ensure code quality and perform necessary testing and debugging
- Document technical specifications and keep related documentation up to date
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft and industry trends
- Support development activities when required
Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
- Excellent English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
- Relevant experience in a comparable 3rd line support position
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
- Solid background in maintaining and enhancing software applications
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of independence
