- You work exceptionally well across disciplines
- You know how to influence founders, product managers, designers, engineers, and commercial teams, bringing people together around a shared vision without relying on formal authority
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, consumer products, or creator-led businesses
- Experience building communities on platforms such as Discord
- Familiarity with build-in-public or founder-led content strategies
- Experience directing agencies, freelancers, or creative teams
- Comfortable using AI-powered creative and content tools to accelerate ideation and production
