- 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and optimization
- Hands-on expertise with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI visualization tools
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, exploratory analysis, and forecasting techniques
- Proven ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, Azure a plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
