They are seeking a Senior Content Specialist to create high-quality sales and marketing collateral and internal enablement materials, working closely with senior executives to produce content that aligns with the brand and product marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the iterative creation, revision, and execution of content across its full lifecycle
- Produce external sales and marketing materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, information sheets, ads, and social content
- Create polished presentations with clear structure and formatting, and rapid turnaround
- Write blogs, case studies, and website content
- Create targeted, compelling social media content and paid-channel copy
- Author scripts for video and multimedia content
- Create internal enablement, training, and informational resources for the Syllo platform
- Manage content execution end-to-end: drafting, incorporating feedback, and publishing across channels
Skills
- At least five years of experience creating marketing content, including at least 1 year of experience marketing B2B products or services
- At least one year of experience with work intersecting the litigation industry
- Exceptional written command and ability to distill technical, legal, procedural, or economic complexity into clear and compelling prose
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with the ability to produce professional formatting rapidly
- Experience writing about highly technical subject matter, including AI
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully on one's own initiative
- Qualified to work in and resident of the United States
- Able to work in a remote environment
- Ability to independently produce polished decks using established templates
- Experience writing about SaaS products, legal technology or AI a plus
- Experience creating marketing content directed at large law firms a plus
- Experience creating social media content
