Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Agency 102 is a boutique content marketing agency based in Maryland that helps organizations tell stories that matter. They are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Strategist to own content strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on creating strategic content that performs across multiple marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality blogs, website copy, email newsletters, case studies, and other long-form marketing content
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for assigned clients
- Design branded social media graphics and marketing assets using Canva
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels
- Attend client meetings and communicate professionally through email, phone, and video calls
- Independently manage assigned client accounts, balancing multiple priorities while proactively communicating timelines and project updates
- Collaborate with internal team members to execute content strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct interviews with clients and subject matter experts to develop authentic, compelling content
- Capture photo and video content during occasional on-site client visits and content days throughout Maryland using an iPhone or similar mobile device
- Conduct research to support content development and client initiatives
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining deadlines and delivering high-quality work
Skills
- 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an agency environment preferred
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to different client voices, ideally with experience in professional/financial services and/or healthcare
- Experience writing both long-form and short-form marketing content
- Strong understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and social media best practices
- Experience creating branded graphics in Canva
- Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social media platforms
- Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating directly with clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn

- Basic SEO knowledge and keyword optimization
- Meta Business Suite
