Prevail Recruiting is a fast-growing plaintiff’s trial law firm seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute its content strategy across various channels. This hands-on role requires strong writing and brand judgment, along with collaboration with SEO and digital marketing teams to enhance content quality and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a content strategy that supports brand awareness, organic growth, client engagement, and lead generation
- Create, write, edit, and manage content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, long-form content, video scripts, social media, email, print, and other marketing channels
- Partner closely with SEO, digital marketing, design, leadership, and outside vendors to ensure content is aligned, consistent, and performance-driven
- Develop and manage a content calendar that keeps the firm organized, proactive, and accountable
- Write and optimize content for search intent, local SEO, organic visibility, and emerging AI-driven search behavior
- Use data, analytics, and performance insights to improve content quality, engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Help shape the firm’s voice in a serious, professional, and empathetic way for clients who are often facing difficult or life-changing circumstances
- Manage outside content, creative, and design resources while ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Support the growth of the content function as the marketing team continues to scale
Skills
- 7+ years of content marketing, content strategy, storytelling, copywriting, or related experience
- Strong hands-on writing, editing, content planning, and campaign execution experience
- Experience in B2C, service-based, local lead generation, healthcare, legal, agency, or other high-intent consumer marketing environments
- Ability to collaborate with SEO teams and write content that supports organic visibility, local search, and conversion
- Familiarity with AI tools and a forward-thinking perspective on where SEO, GEO, and content marketing are headed
- Experience managing vendors, freelancers, agencies, or small internal teams
- Strong brand judgment, especially around sensitive subject matter and professional service environments
- Stable work history and a track record of taking ownership inside a growing organization
- Experience supporting personal injury law firms, plaintiff-side legal marketing, legal marketing agencies, healthcare groups, dental groups, med spas, home services, or other local service businesses
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Experience with video content, case studies, client stories, billboards, print, or integrated brand campaigns
- Experience working in an agency environment where you supported multiple service-based or lead-generation clients
