The Channel Sales Manager – Industrial Disinfection is responsible for driving profitable growth of industrial disinfection technologies through channel partners and owns channel strategy execution, partner performance, and opportunity conversion within assigned industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional channel strategy aligned to industrial growth objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new distributors, OEMs, and integrators
- Lead joint business planning and performance management with key partners
- Influence specification and technology selection with industrial end users, EPCs, and OEMs alongside partners
- Provide market intelligence and strategic input to product management and leadership
- Mentor less experienced sales or channel team members (informal leadership)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive sales or channel leadership experience
- Demonstrated success building and scaling channel networks in industrial markets
- Strong technical and commercial credibility with senior customer stakeholders
