They are seeking an experienced Strategic Consultant to help enterprise clients optimize ROI and brand advocacy using Salesforce Clouds and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Creating client-customized, vision-to-value roadmaps that include Marketing + AI + Data + CRM
- Consulting clients through Salesforce-related business transformations
- Promoting a measurement- and data-driven culture, establishing critical benchmarks and strategies for measuring success
- Serving as an expert in marketing best practices, coordinated and personalized across email, digital display advertising, SMS, push, and social
- Supporting campaign ideation
- Leveraging data and marketing automation for improved personalization and relevancy
- Using AI to gain efficiencies, bolster insights, and improve customer experiences
- Being a client advocate, visionary, evangelist, storyteller, and subject matter expert
- Analyzing program performance and providing actionable insights
- Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and Customer Journey Mapping workshops
- Providing support as needed to the Sales and Marketing teams
- Staying up-to-date on the latest in digital marketing technology, data management, and Salesforce features and capabilities
- Developing thought leadership, championing ListEngage POVs and solutions
- Being comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-evolving digital landscape
Skills
- Five+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Excellence in creating compelling proposals and solution visualizations
- Experience in the design and facilitation of workshops
- Experience in cross-channel marketing, particularly email, SMS, and digital advertising
- Expertise in creating strategies to measure success, and then creating, analyzing, and communicating performance reporting
- Undergraduate degree required (ideally in Business or Marketing)
- Ability to work in the United States
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications/accreditations, which may include: Marketing Cloud Engagement Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, and/or Developer, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist/Consultant, Data Cloud Certification, Marketing Cloud Personalization Accreditation, Marketing Cloud Intelligence Accreditation
- Prior agency experience
- Retail, loyalty, and ecommerce experience
- Experience with marketing platforms and technologies such as: CDPs, ESPs, CRMs, BI platforms, web analytics platforms, inbox placement tools, ecommerce platforms, social listening/publishing tools, generative AI tools, etc
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau, and/or Commerce Cloud experience
- Email deliverability experience
