Sodexo is seeking a high-performing Sales Vice President, Data Center Solutions to drive new business growth and strategic account expansion within the rapidly growing data center sector. This individual contributor role will focus on selling integrated support services solutions to enterprise data center clients, managing the full sales cycle and developing executive-level relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise data center clients
- Develop strategic sales plans and competitive pursuit strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead large, multi-service sales pursuits and customized solution development
- Conduct client discovery and translate business needs into compelling solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead executive-level presentations and negotiations
- Secure large, multi-year contracts that drive profitable growth
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and industry stakeholders
- Partner with operations teams to support retention and future growth opportunities
- Develop pricing strategies, financial models, and business cases
- Lead contract negotiations while protecting profitability and managing risk
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and corporate requirements
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and pursuit documentation
Skills
- Experience selling Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Services, Engineering Services, or outsourced support services
- Experience selling to data center operators, colocation providers, hyperscalers, or other mission-critical environments
- Proven ability to develop C-suite relationships and lead complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year agreements
- Strong executive presence, communication, financial, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the U.S
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of management experience
- 10 years of functional experience
