The Sales Validation Advisor will support field sales agents by conducting compliance checks and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Contacting the customer to conduct a quality assurance and compliance check
- Verifying that all relevant information has been accurately captured
- Ensuring the customer fully understands the products and services they have signed up for
- Confirming that all required processes and documentation have been completed correctly
- Recording the outcomes of each customer interaction on internal systems
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records to support compliance and service standards
- Identifying any areas for improvement
- Providing regular feedback to Team Leaders and Line Managers
- Supporting the ongoing coaching, development, and performance improvement of Sales Representatives
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving continuous improvement across the sales team
