GPS is a growing national aerospace precision metals organization seeking a Sales Director to lead sales growth and account development. This role focuses on driving the go-to-market strategy and expanding customer relationships in technical and industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, strategic account development, and commercial strategy
- Develop and expand relationships with customers across aviation, industrial, MRO, and technical service markets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Partner closely with operations, SIOP, and executive leadership to support customer execution and long-term account success
- Manage sales activity, forecasting, pipeline development, and growth initiatives
- Support contract negotiations, risk, pricing discussions, and customer engagement activities
- Represent the organization within the market while strengthening long-term customer partnerships
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years experience with Tier 1 and OEM aerospace sales in precision metals
- Strong business development and strategic account management experience
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced, growth-oriented commercial environment
- Strong communication, customer-facing, and relationship management skills
- Experience in building territory growth and driving commercial expansion initiatives
