Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RFgen Software is seeking an impactful Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. The SDR’s role focuses on outreach and communication with prospects and customers to identify opportunities for the sales team through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop both target account leads and inbound marketing leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities
- Target market penetration, calling on C-suite to front-line managers, social media outreach, following up on marketing-generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, creative campaigns, door opener outreach, and more
- Interact with prospects daily via telephone, video, LinkedIn, email, etc
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Distribute opportunities to appropriate sales reps, educating each rep as necessary about the opportunity
- Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence
- Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture
- Strategize tactical execution of go-to-market plans with Regional Account Representatives
- Leverage ZoomInfo & LinkedIn SalesNavigator platforms to support advanced prospecting of target accounts
- Use the “SalesLoft” platform to organize and facilitate daily outbound calls, email & LinkedIn Activities
- Leverage toolset to identify new business opportunities within our existing customer base to uncover additional revenue opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain alignment with the Marketing team to build the value proposition and be relevant to our prospects and customers
- Create a feedback loop on what works and market intelligence gathered every day from our buyers
- Learn and demonstrate a clear understanding of company product offerings and sales processes
Skills
- 4-year college degree and 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience that included a high volume of customer and/or sales prospect outreach
- Natural affinity to meet, talk, and communicate with new people without fear of rejection as many people say no or are not ready to talk yet
- High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
- Excellent phone-based sales and customer service skills
- Great can-do attitude and desire to learn professional sales
- Desire to be part of a great team and continue learning and adapting
- Discipline to maintain high activity levels
- Competitive mindset focused on achieving goals
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications, Salesforce.com and LinkedIn a plus
- SDR Experience
- Experience with SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator
- Prior sales/ call center/ door-to-door / customer service experience
- Professional work experience/ familiarity with a corporate office work environment
