ProAmpac is a leading global flexible packaging company delivering innovative solutions, industry-leading service, and award-winning products to customers around the world. They are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to support their US Consumer Division by growing revenue and expanding customer partnerships while ensuring seamless execution and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects
- Partner with operations, supply chain, technical, and customer service teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
- Lead coordination of product launches, trials, and ongoing programs
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer needs and ProAmpac’s manufacturing capabilities
- Manage customer programs including forecasting, quoting, order flow, and inventory models (e.g., VMI)
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and flawless execution across all deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with large or multi-site customers
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets
- Ability to lead and influence within a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Willingness to travel to support customer and plant engagement
- Experience in flexible packaging, films, or related industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with CRMs, Salesforce preferred
