Bilingual Roadside Assistance Representative (English/Spanish) – Remote

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity? We are seeking customer-focused individuals to assist motorists who need help while on the road.
As a Bilingual Roadside Assistance Representative, you will answer inbound calls from customers experiencing vehicle-related issues. Calls may involve:
• Towing requests
• Dead batteries and jump starts
• Flat tires
• Lockout assistance
• Fuel delivery requests
• General roadside service coordination
• Providing updates on service providers and estimated arrival times
Your role is to gather information, document service requests, and help connect customers with the assistance they need.
