Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cuore Marketing is seeking a Remote Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to work from home and engage with customers through calls. The role involves providing sales and customer service support while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores
- Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.)
- Experience working in a remote sales environment
- Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise
- A reliable wired internet connection is required—Wi-Fi is not acceptable. The system must be connected via Ethernet directly to the ISP's router and to the workstation. Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps for both upload and download are mandatory
- In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position. Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
- 1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred)
