Position Summary
Metz Healthcare Division is seeking Remote Per Diem Registered Dietitians to provide virtual clinical nutrition services to acute care and long-term care facilities within our network. This role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home while supporting patient care across multiple states.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete nutrition assessments, interventions, and follow-up care in alignment with facility and regulatory standards.
Document accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate virtually with interdisciplinary teams.
Provide coverage for PTO, staffing gaps, and high-volume needs.
Maintain compliance with state licensure and professional practice standards.
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
Active license in IN, DE, MD, GA, or FL (multi-state licensure preferred).
Clinical experience in acute care and/or long-term care.
Proficiency with EMRs and remote workflow.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Schedule & Compensation
Per Diem / PRN, flexible hours based on facility needs.
Competitive PRN compensation.
Fully remote role.
