Independent Health is a boutique recruitment agency specializing in Sales and HR placements, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and channel growth across the Southeast territory. The role involves managing the distributor network, supporting partners, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Meet or exceed annual sales and order growth targets for the Southeast region
- Manage Channels: Develop annual account plans, goals, and quotas for regional distributors
- Technical Support: Assist partners with applications knowledge, pricing, and technical/commercial quotations for electrical submersible pumps and control panels
- Expand Territory: Identify coverage gaps, recruit new channel partners, and lead their onboarding
- CRM Hygiene: Track all sales pipelines, activities, and customer interactions daily in HubSpot
Skills
- 7+ years of industrial outside sales experience (pump manufacturing or distributor management highly preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels
- Proven track record of managing independent distributor networks and key accounts
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), MS Office, and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PowerBI is a plus
